The primary goals of the project were to:

challenges:
Outdated Design: The old website had an outdated design that did not align with modern design trends or the brand’s image.
Performance Issues: The website was slow, especially on mobile devices.
SEO: The existing website was nicely indexed and was on top search results for most related keywords and we needed to keep it like that on the new system.
User experience: Old website had too many pages and navigation was not intuitive, leading to poor customer satisfaction.

To address the client’s needs, we followed a structured process

Discovery Phase:
  • Conducted user research to understand customer behavior.
  • Analyzed competitor websites to identify industry best practices.
  • Worked closely with stakeholders to define website features and goals.

Design & Development: UI/UX design: We designed a user-friendly interface that aligned with modern trends and ensured brand consistency. We used a mobile-first approach to ensure responsiveness across devices. Performance optimization: Implemented lazy loading, image compression, and caching techniques to enhance loading speed. Artkod CMS Setup: Developed a custom user-friendly CMS so the client could easily update and manage content.

  • Conducted thorough testing across browsers and devices to ensure the website performed well under different conditions
  • We worked with the client to carry out a soft launch, allowing us to gather feedback and make final adjustments before the full release.
